Moving Right On
In my opinion, Dr Cain is the best on the island, and would rank among the very best on the mainland. His quiet confidence, his honesty, and his expertise mean even those who are most fearful of chiropractic care are won over after one appointment. He never required me to come back unnecessarily. He answers questions simply and as thoroughly as I want. I have recommended Dr. Cain to others, especially to a friend who had had a serious back injury and no benefit from seeking treatment after several weeks from other chiropractors in Hilo. She was judged and misdiagnosed by someone in an allopathic clinic. Finally, after one visit to Dr. Cain, she began to experience less pain and more freedom to move. Despite her a complicated situation, she felt significantly better after each visit because her level of pain continued to subside and she was finally off meds. She walks gracefully again and has the energy to work and exercise as freely, as a much younger woman. Yes, I recommend Dr Cain, even if it means I have to wait longer to get an appointment!

I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Dr Cain is a very nice person and is a very gifted chiropractor!

I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
